Q: I can't open up certain attachments in my email.
A: It depends on what those attachments are. You need to look at the file extension on the end and find the appropriate program to open it up with. Google can help!
Q: I can't connect to the Internet wirelessly anymore.
A: Make sure your laptop's wireless switch is turned on. You want to look for a button on top of the keyboard or else a switch along the left side or the front left of the bezel.
When you've confirmed you have that on then click the wireless connection utility in the bottom and look for your network. You may have to enter the security credentials.
Q: What is a router?
A: A router is a hardware device that splits your internet connection among multiple computers. You can find them in stores such as Best Buy or I can bring one over and professionally set it up with security.
